(b.) That buildings on the reclamation granted to the Company should run from East to West and not from North to South

and that no wall should be permitted above ground level on the Eastern face of the reclamation, the object being that musketry fire from the Cable Hut should be able to sweep all open spaces

on the reclamation.

(c.) That the Eastern end of the reclamation should be kept as far as possible from the Cable Hut.
